Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner shows us what a woman can achieve through the force and insight gained from having a teenaged mind. She is an actor writer, health practitioner and author. As she reached her 50's, and both of her parents had lost their lives-her mother to complications with arthritis and father due an untimely heart attack, she began to realize that she had to take control of her life. This wasn't about losing weight but about health and finding a way to live which maximized how the body was designed to function. The actress has also been actor in Christopher Guest's mockumentary series. Coolidge was a graduate of The Groundlings of Los Angeles. This improv group and sketch group is well-known for its improvisations and sketches.
